Greetings from Dubai

Hi boys (and girl!)!
Just wanted to say hello from my holiday. It's really nice here in the U.A.E., although a little bit too hot, a country I could imagine to live. Nice cars here, too, but haven't seen one RS4. Maybe they didn't sell it here? Fantastic roads and not many policemen, would be a pleasure to drive it here.
My last night in Dubai I will spend in the Burj al Arab (*******), cannot afford more than one.

Good night!

Hey Jan!

Make sure you book a table for the meal ASAP to avoid disappointment. The private villas just opposite the Burj (connected to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel) are something else also.

Enjoy

Hey Jan, have a great time. Seen any incorrect tyre usage while you have been there

For an evening meal the underwater fish restuarant is the place to be or the "Austin Powers Lounge" on the 24th floor is great for lunch with excellent views
Have you done the BBQ in the desert - The roller coaster ride in Toyota Amazons is brill

No Phil, it is so hot that the rubber is melting and you can't see any difference between the tyres.

The BBQ will be on saturday, we had a short roller coaster drive on monday, the driver was really good, but not good enough, he lost a tyre in deep sand. He couldn't lift the car to fix the tyre back onto the rim, so we had to wait for help. One hour sitting on a dune!
And the landcruiser had good luck: If the dune would have been higher, it would have found itself on its roof. Poor little toyota!
I will post some pictures later, of course I had shot his shame.
