Trainers

Post by FaisalJ » Mon Jan 02, 2017 9:30 pm

Any other forum members that have far too many trainers? Mainly basketball trainers for me, including too many Jordans.

Pretty excited for these to arrive...Jordan 6 "black cat", released a couple of days ago.

In other trainer news, came across a good cleaning kit:

One trainer fully cleaned, other with just the worst of the mud brushed off:

I've got a lawyer working for me at the moment. He's a shoe nut. He's always lining up outside shops all night for new trainer launches, he's got a couple hundred pair of rare stuff. I'll flick on the details of that muck remover.
Nice Jordans.
No matter where you go, there you are.

I have far too many trainers, all Nikes; mainly Air Max 90s, 95, 97, Shox and a few Jordans including a very overpriced Air Joran 6 Retro (black / infrared) I got from the States.
As I wear trainers to work I very rarely wear any other type of shoe. My old ones just become slippers, garage shoes, grass cutting shoes etc. I very rarely throw them away, even if the yare falling apart as they generally become even more comfortable.

Very smart
I've got 11.5 size feet, I love trainers but I look like I'm wearing boats and can very rarely get my size. My recent purchase; New Balance 420's. Dead light, comfy like slippers and make my feet look small.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

Did you mean bigger than 11.5?? I'm size 11, that's not very big. My brother was size 13 when he was a school, they were hard to get shoes!!

I used to have some Jordans when I was 13, comfy trainer. More of a Diesel shoe owner now.
previous- Pug 205 gti, 306 gti, 309 gti Goodwood.
Audi S3, S4 V8 avant.
Porsche Macan Turbo.
Gone but NEVER forgotten - C5 RS6 Misano red avant.

Now - Empty garage

If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there!

Trainers

Yep. Guilty Image

I've got a couple in boxes too. Including a pair of the new 6's - got 2 pairs half a size apart to see which fits better, and the other pair will stay in the box until they're all sold out. Got 20% off the order, so would be rude not to.

Image

These Jordan 1's have been in the box since 2003 but can never sell (sentimental reasons):

Image

These 1's do get use though:

Image

Few more of the many pairs stashed away.

Big fan of the 11's - he wore these in the '96 season when he made the first comeback and won championships 4, 5, and 6.

Image

Bit battered, these ones:

Image

Air Penny's from the same era:

Image

These were on sale, only reason really...

Image

Can't leave the kids out, a few of the recent purchases (there are more)..

Image

I do buy adidas too, these were both bought recently. The Porsche designs look cool IMO, and the Derrick Rose trainers are always fantastic for actually playing in.
