Weber Premium kettle BBQ, awesome BBQ and 10 year guarantee.

Chuck some pre-soaked woodchips onto the coals once they're up to temperature for a smokey BBQ, otherwise can buy a metal smoker box to put the chips in for longer lasting smoke. Can get a smoker box pretty cheap on amazon.

I'll be firing up the weber tonight!

Got a couple of Webbers and they're good, although a bit pricey.

Q200 (now Q1000) as a portable camping unit.
Previous generation Spirit Classic for home duties.

Worth buying a cover to help them last if keeping them outdoors.

I have a 26" Weber kettle barbecue. I was on the cusp of buying a dedicated smoker but came across this http://www.smokenator.com

It's a modification for the Weber kettle and I've had great results. Standout for me is a 10kg brisket of beef, smoked for 14hours that literally fell apart when I tried to move it to the carving board! 25 or so work mates tucked in to what they described as the best barbecue ever (goody bags of beef were even taken home by some).

I cant recommend the Smokenator enough.

You'd have known if you had accepted my invite for a gang bang/bbq :biggrin3:
I got the Char-griller smokin pro. Not had the weather/ time to do a proper smoke session yet. Done some of the mods to it to make it better, got a few more to do yet before I'm fully happy with it. Going to get a decent thermometer as well, looking at the Maverick et733.

That invite must have got lost in the post. I would never turn down one of Chunk's famous gang bang barbecues.

That smokin joe bit of kit looks impressive. Can you use it like a regular barbecue?

Can you do pizza in it? Fancy trying this with my weber.

Yeah, can slap the wood/charcoal in the main chamber for direct cooking, or in the side box for indirect/smoking. Fingers crossed I've got a supplier of fruit wood who lives just across the road from me.
