My new 'Batman' landed in the week. I'd not had a chance to put it on until this morning. Very pleased!

Watch of the moment. I typically don't like Rollies but this one looks suitably tough.

Have any of you guys used watchfinder? I am okay with second hand and trying to find a few places for my purchase in the new year.

Watch finder are fine, reputable etc, but not the best price if you are ok with 2nd hand. Try watches.co.uk. I got a great deal there - also has a b&m store in laaaandon

Thanks chap - that's exactly the feedback I was after. Are there any good physical retailers in London (i.e. No online presence?)

Have you tried chrono24? I mean... I know you asked for physical, but you will get a better deal finding the model you want and going in bargaining than getting someone to source for you.

Try chrono24, it gives you addressees and you can do your own research on the Shop.

Watches.co.uk Shop is in chiswick.

What are you after?

Btw.. just had a look at a few sites and they are taking the piss at the moment... on rollies anyway.

Christmas combined with a 10% increase from rolex (1st Nov). Means do not buy now unless you really have to

I'm after a breguet and I also toying with getting a sports watch (either IWC Spitfire or hublot Big Bang).

Totally agree prices at the moment are nuts - mid to late Jan is when I will start spending time pounding the pavement. Even car prices seem high at the moment which is odd, with end of month end of year you usually see some bargains but not this year

Watches.co.uk are fine to deal with , I bought my first GMT 2 off him 14 year( paid £2200 ) ago and still got it . I sold him a pair of bi metals a few months back and he's fine again on price . It's an office above some shops and the set up is like Fort Knox ( obviously )
