any sparkies/tech geniuses on here?

Have recently built my dream house, unfortunately i have added as i have went along, and have built the garage of my dreams also, but the problem is i have only ran a cat 6 network cable out to it and a power cable.
The tech company i am using have said i will need to decide whether i want to use the cat 6 cable for a pir in the garage or else for a cctv camera, they said they may be able to work something so i have both.
That's fine i can live with that.
The main problem is i have installed some seriously heavy duty floodlights on my garage which light up my driveway and the back of my house, 250w led ones to be precise. These are simply running off a pir, or else a switch, in the garage.
Is there anyway i can "wirelessly" control the floodlights so if i wanted to from my house i could turn them on/off?
