but the after sales service from the dealer is really starting to p1ss me off

when i was in looking at the car i asked about the service book which they said they had and it had 5 x audi dealer stamps between aberdeen & edinburgh and one from an independant and they said they had seen it and it was in their office somewhere..
the day i pick the car i go back as the service book is missing, they tell me its had to be sent away to be stamped for its last service
i ask again the following week another salesman tells me its been lost in the post with the spare key as the auction house has sent them and they have went missing, they tell me they will sort out a duplicate and a spare key and he will leave a note for the other salesman to deal with it
i go back a week later and ask the other sales man about the service book and i tell him that the other guy told me it was lost in the post, but he tells me all service books or keys posted are sent recorded delivery and again he tells me i'll get it next week as they have had to send it to arnold clark to get stamped
honestly starting to think they are coming the c**t now, i would never have purchased the car without service history as it was advertised with it, the 1 year warranty i purchased also is now void as the front page states that the car must be serviced according to manufatcures intervals and without a service book i cant prove it
its so obvious that they cant get their stroy straight between them so theres a cover up of some sort going on...
