Nearly There - 10 Marathons in 10 Days

After an epic training weekend for my 10 marathons in 10 days challenge , where I met some like minded friendly mental people, I have come to the conclusion that:

1. I am still mental for doing this.
2. My training programme needs to change slightly.
3. It's far too close to 9 May arrrrgh.

I need to increase my core/ strength work. I need to do lots more stretching and making use of the foam roller.

Maybe cut the mileage on the roads back a bit and concentrate on quality not quantity. Include two long runs a week (min 20 miles), and in February I will be running another back to back marathon.

Really enjoyed the run around the marathon route Saturday. Was such a beautiful day although the hills are still there lol.
