<beep>.
To be used liberally in all situations, best inserted when deemed most inappropriate and most offensive e.g. to the wife 'why did you delete TG episode 1 from the Sky Box you '<beep>'
Tonight Matthew I will mostly be sleeping in the shed.

Things are never that straightforward in English as your post demonstrates.
- is it one or two words? (Important if we' re talking "word of the day")
- hyphenated?
- should it be capitalised?
And if someone is particularly deserving, don't forget it can and should be used with "weapons grade" preceding it.
