I saw this video three year ago, at Defcon - it was being used as the screen saver on staff machines, for staff who forgot to lock their machine. Since then, the term "horsec*ck" (and its shortened radio-form of "Hotel Charlie") has been used rather extensively, during radio checks, as an acknlowedgement.. general replacement for "okay". I think a flash frame made it into a presentation that year, also.
