I agree with your point about the advertising rules and appreciate all the time that the moderators put in but I think this issue is not about people missing these valuable factors but about the way in which the rules were enforced.

Julian is a truely nice guy and his tongue in cheek humour that has enlightened so many posts was not experienced in this particular thread.
The forum will be a poorer place without him.

I understand that product placement is a problem, but we are subject to it all the time in useless films and crud on TV. This was informative to some extent, but I wash my own car anyway (occasionally)

Its not something new .... we talked quite a few times about some anality of some 'things' here - I have found it an excellent site for everything to do with "S & RS" models..... everyone is a cool also - but I have a life and reason I aint got more than a 1000 post is I cant be arsed(or im too smahed to be arsed more like) ...... now if I had read the post when it was first posted instead of at the end(RR day) ....
