No it did not have the Barbed wire scene, however it is the full sequence edition? I watched the commentary at the end by the director end he was talking about the barbed wire scene, at this point i knew I never had the uncut version!...ballbag!

I watched these two films last night and I am speechless! If you love horror/gore-core then you will love these films. Prob the worst iv seen since Cannibal Holocaust!

A Serbian Film was prob the sickest!

Human Centipede was just disgusting.

Both have been banned and can be picked up from Amazon.

I will watch anything, but I read the detialed plot of both of these and couldnt stomach to watch them.

The doctor in the first one is brilliant. The second film HC2 is something that has never been done before in Cinematography where a fan (in real life) is obsessed with watching HC1 and decided to replicate it on a grand scale....worth the watch. Set in in London.
