I got an Altitude 750 earlier in the year, brilliant bike. Preferred it over the Santa Bronson that everyone and their dog seems to be riding these days. Was offered the 770 but couldn't justify carbon.

Yeah I was dithering a bit on the price and had the discussion with her indoors like you do ! Don't regret it now as it rides so well and should have looked at these ages ago .

I've been running a carbon Yt Capra for about 7 months now. It's a decent bike
