Post by FlyRS6 » Wed Apr 13, 2011 12:19 pm

Hi Gang, Im working with a 20yr old girl who has been in care on and off (im a social worker) 3 yrs ago she took her mums car and went about 10 miles. Drank spirits and decided to drive back. She was coaught and banned but got NO POINTS. she has turned her life around now she's away from her mother and today she passed her test. Can anyone recommend ann insurer for a 2oyr old female with drink drive and no insurance on licence. It was 3 yrs ago

any help appreciated. Unfortunately the social work field doesnt deal with such arenas

Think you will struggle with insurance....

Have you tried some of the forum sponsors and asked their advice. Sky, Chris Knott etc... That may not be able to insure but atlas they old give you some advice.

One thing I do know is it will cost a lot of money :-(

Thanks Steve. Think sh'll have to give it up as a bad job. Sad really when all the factors in her life add up to one stupid moment of upsetting her parent amd the consequences are monumenatl. But thats the law

Like you say it's the law......

Hopefully the lesson is well learn't, but by the sounds of it she appears to be having to learn a lot every day!
