Earthquake in Japan

Post by wolfgang » Fri Mar 11, 2011 11:15 am

I was very sad to hear the story about the earthquake and tsunami hitting Japan this morning. The devastation caused is on a colossal scale and the loss of life is very saddening.

To be fair they have had this sort of things for years and should be used to it, Tsunami is a Japanese word meaning "big wave" irrc. Remember the famous picture By Hokusai "In the well of the great wave of Kanagawa" I have it on my wall!
