Science means knowledge gain by observation, study and experimentation etc, in other words results observed from hands on testing. ehem. I suggest you look up the definition of secular.
You, by posting to this forum are by definition acting in a secular manner.
I do not live as a monk (nor do you else you wouldn't be posting here), so I do not fully live the religious life. It therefore follows that I may not live to exactly every word of the bible.

You have repeatedly asked us all to PROVE differing things. Can you prove what the bible says is true ?
If you can, as repeatedly asked, please do so.
Can you prove the 6 day creation thing ?

what makes a book any less subject to scrutiny than an unproven theory.
Which by the way, once proven (probably by a reproducible scientific test) becomes fact.

So according to the words of Christ, you need the blinkers on in order attain to life, take them off and it leads to destruction. It seems a clear read to me.
