Have a small problem with my nuts, they do tend to come loose every now and then.
Could any one recommend a particular type of thread lock?

locktite .... blue stuff - use some elbow grease on it .... its nuts/spanners/tension ...... not false finger nails......

There used to be a young lady who worked at our place who got nicknamed by some of the workforce as "Spanner"...when someone eventually asked where the nickname came from, the explanation was "quite simple - every time she walks through here, she tightens my nuts"...
