Because Brian Barwick is a pr!ck. 3 weeks ago he said there was going to be a "root and branches" review of football in this country and there was no rush to appoint a new manager as we do not have a competitive match until September next year. What has now happened is a complete joke. We needed to look to the long term even if that meant not qualifying for the world cup in 2010.

England got beaten by better teams made up of players playing with more pride and passion then our over paid prima donas.
