NEDs.. Non Educated Delinquents... a term coined by an MSP in Scottish Parliament but then had to stop using the term as it became a derogetory term in common language for "chavs" and the like.....

Basically the Scum of Scottish society!....Ned proportion seems to be higher in Glasgow than most parts of Scotland.....
