Your right about signing the form. That is an offence too. But, depending on your circumstances, probably better than points/losing your licence for speeding !!!

There is no law that states that the NIP form must be signed. That is the whole concept behind the form being inadmissible as evidence in court. Which in turn means there is no evidence as to who was driving the vehicle at the time of the offence. [img]images/graemlins/soapbox.gif[/img]

But Mawdesley's case is going back to the magistrates court for a retrial (or reconsideration) which means that this fella is not off the hook just yet.
