I used to have a chickenchaser C90 stepthrough!

we stripped everything off it apart from the engine, wheels and seat and used to race around the woods in it

we'd run out of petrol and just ride it down the garage (no plates or anything) and stick 2 pound in to fill it up.

(probably get arrested if i done that these days)

It would last another week on that fuel what great fun for so little!

I think I'm right in saying that the V8 engine in the new S4 weighs the same or possibly less than the V6. I'll try and find out for sure.

Yeah just read the S4 article on the front page
They're not referring to the engine but the weight of the whole car as I read it.
I still somehow doubt it'll come in lighter but you never know your luck!

I took my bike test on a c90 many moons ago, used to do enduro's and my bike wasn't totally legal so the shop lent me one for the test. as for buying the rs4, at that price it was the easiest choice, and to be honest I just don't like the new shape audi's so I will keep it until there is a better looking car with the same performance per pound - it will be a long wait so good job I love my car

no pudding helmet, open face it was a very hot summers day, and I ripped my trousers all the way up one leg when i caught in on a footpeg, so hurredly borrowed some waterproof overtrousers - the examiner was very confused, incidentally I had taken my car test the same day in the morning, and failed on the emergency stop - so for the bike test he said normally I would step out in front but after this morning's incident! probably why I have not have problems with the rs4 brakes yet
