Post by CliveH » Sat Nov 11, 2006 2:42 pm

Anyone know what their official (legal) status is and what rights they have?

Too much and too many.......... they unfortunately come under the same protection as the wooden tops who back them up.

If the warden has wooden top back up, he/she is a problem causer and obviuosly gets battered regularly  As they say in the Bacardi avert, ' is you mum proud of you?' .....................
I take it Clive, you had a small fall out with said traffic operative........not hard to do in this day and age :sekret:
Write to your local constabluary if you feel they were out of order, I did it with Westminster council in London, letter arrived by return saying no further action was being taken... worth the price of a stamp to try! :smile_smoking:

Yes, Simon - not quite as bad as the guy who had yellow lines painted around his car while it was parked - but not far off...! ("no parking" cones  ) As Sam (harperboy) said, "how do they sleep at night?"
