Why the unpleasantness? We all own cars we love and will dispute their relative merits against others, which would surely be the point of this proposed forum. Anyway, I'm not going to post pictures of my cars because they are basically a Mugello Blue RS6 C6 Avant and a Black CSL. Kind of what you would expect to see, and kind of what I'm sure you have all seen before.

No unpleasantness at all has been exhibited Sally.

You have not read the tone of the forum right if you think that we dont want to see pics of your cars!!! This is a petrolhead playground, EVERYONE wants to see pics! :D

Rule 1 exists because this is the Internet, without photos and videos, it's just words. You know, like, without moving pictures, television is really just radio.
Besides, the light in Oz is better. Are you saying you haven't actually got photos of your rides? So if you have, share the wealth.
No matter where you go, there you are.

Well, any fool can take a photo.
The RS6 is Mugello blue, the BMW M3 CSL is Sapphire Black. Really not that exciting.

I think I'll just retire to the track or whatever, and leave the forums to those who know better.

best regards

Clearly don't exist.

Thats sorted then, my suspicions are that you are 180kg whale of a sweaty man and actually drive a 1987 beige Toyota Corona. (1.3 model for economy)

RS6 and CSL are just items in your special 'bank'.

Happy to be proved wrong.

Really?? Two fine cars that a lot of people would give their left testicle to own in a lifetime, let alone at once? You are lucky!

In fact, living in Aus you have Vegemite as well as 2 nice cars... I'd be in awe of an RS6 with a pot on the roof ;)

Hi rskiwi,
Your post re Sally is meant in fun,but is a bit over the top IMHO.
I have had the opportunity of driving, thanks to Sally, Sally's mugello blue avant rs6 in Melbourne and it is a very fine mapped rs6 which has run 11.4 secs.
Her CSL is also a fine track machine. So they do exist.
All the best,
John

'Any fool can take a photo'

Ok then why was that necessary from Sally? We have all acknowledged that they are a two very nice cars and as I stated this is a petrol heads playground so it would simply be nice to see a couple of pics and enter in this fantastic forums spirit.

My post was of course meant in jest and it was done to provoke a reaction as she provoked the above reaction in me.

RSK

P.S Are you threatening me????!!! Surely you are above such menial jokes? I would never make an Aussie joke....especially not one about someone from Perth.....

Hi all

Well, humph! Off to the Calder drags this Friday, and (if it doesn't rain) and I go faster, will post a photo of my time slip. If it rains, well, I guess I'm a 180 kg sweaty man! Hey, all in good fun and jest and healthy competition and fun of arguing about cars.
