SatNav Disk RNS-D RS6

Does anybody know where I can find a reasonably priced UK Sat-Nav disc for the RNS-D system in my RS6?
I'm struggling with the original 03/04 disc in my car at the moment and would ideally like the current 09/10 disc, but anything 08 onward would be an improvement!
