WANTED: S4 b5 saloon

Starting a new thread to keep it clean. So, due to hassles with ins co's I am now going the k03 route (until my theft claims slip off the 5 year radar...) as I've got a very acceptable quote for an S4 with 20% power upgrade, brakes, exhaust etc. So, ideal would now be:
Silver, Black, Dark Blue or Grey (for those who chose special colours - the Atlas? Grey was gorgeous)
Facelift (MUST!)
Any, or all, of:
Upgraded brakes (AP, brembos, RS4 b7 etc), exhaust (pref Milltek), suspension (not too low, please), air filter etc
Recaros and and fmic or rs4 dsmic etc would be a bonus
A serious buyer with cash and a love for Audi's. Is your car the one for me?
