I have a set of original C6 Audi RS6 20" wheels, taken from a car with 3k miles on, so they can be described as as new.

The wheels specs are: 20 x 9.5 with a +36 offset.

There are quite a few C5 RS6s running these with no issues on 255/30 tyres. See here for inspiration:

These retail at over £700 EACH from Audi, so get yourself a bargain.

To clarify are these with tyres and how healthy are they?

There are no tyres with these wheels. Just the wheels in great condition.
