The car has been a pleasure to own and really is a great car to drive, great fun and ridiculously comfortable at the same time. Recently MOT'd which included new rear discs, pads and calipers which werent cheap, but worth it!
The engine pulls like an S3 should, ive been told by the previous owner that it was completely standard, but after a slight tussle with a remapped (270bhp) S3, mine pulled away at a considerable rate! Which was a complete surprise to me, so i added the well known Forge 007P to keep things in check. Its also had a recent Long-Life service, timing belt kit and Haldex oil & filter change at the same time. Dont let the mileage put you off, its under the average for its age, and it drives like its brand new! These engines are literally bulletproof.
The bodywork is also very clean and tidy as the previous owner had it detailed several times which i have kept up to the best of my ability. The paint is pearlescent which truely does glisten in the sun! Almost as if its dark blue and ocean blue at the same time, gets comments from people all the time! The car really does shine! The only slight blemishes is a couple of miniscule rust bubbles at the bottom of the driver and passengers door, real hard to notice. The car however does not suffer from much stonechipping though. Barely anything. The wheels may also be available in Silver if buyer requires?
The interior is also in very good condition, barely any bulster wear on the drivers seat which was a main point in me going for that interior.
