I've got a 2008 (TMC enabled) disc from my RS4 (B7)but not sure if it's compatible? Will check the part number later but suspect it may be different as it's not brand new.

Hi Paul
If I'm honest I'm not sure what RNS-D unit means!!
All I know is that my factory fitted inbuilt sat nav is just the pictogram version and not the full colour screen one
Does that make sense?
Thanks

Many thanks Paul, your help is much appreciated
I've been told by Audi this is how I can see if a disc will work or not...Can you tell me if your SatNav has a colour screen with a Map, or not?
Thanks

Hi, Yes it has colour screen and is CD based. THe RNS-E is DVD based. The CD goes into the headunit and is seperate from your CD changer if that helps,
If you google images for RNS-D you will see

Just Googled it and it's what I thought...you've got the better system than me!!!
Mine is a smaller, 2 colour screen that is CD based
No worries, I'll keep looking, but many thanks for your help - much appreciated
