2006 Sprint Blue RS4 Saloon For Sale

So I've ordered a brand new S3 Stronic for delivery in 10-12 weeks giving me enough time to sell my car in a private sale, the best PX deal I was offered in the end was £24000 for my car and £1000 off the new cars list price ans many forum members think the car is worth way more than this.
I bought the car for to use as my daily driver at a price of £25000 (advertised at £26500) 6 weeks ago, I've always wanted an RS4 and this one was as close to perfect as I'd see sub £30k, the only thing is I'm just not getting on with the manual 'box having had autos for years so it has to go.
Onto the car spec:
2006 '06 RS4 Sprint Blue Saloon

DVD nav plus
6 CD
Adaptive xenon lights
Phone prep in armrest with MF wheel (Have FBSW available also)
58,000 miles with FSH next service due in 9500 miles / 300 days
All paperwork / docs / 2x keys etc
Recent Pzero tyres with at least 5mm all round, New discs and pads in the last 1000 miles and new oil cooler and pipes also in last 1000 miles and 2 new front DRC shocks.
The condition of this car is outstanding, I looked at a lot of these when buying it, this car has no dents or dings and has never seen any paint.
Martin at unit 20 supplied and fitted the discs and I'm sure would vouch for the car if you were to ask him about its overall condition.
The car is not under warranty but I can get the Inchcape 24 month "A" warranty for £1200 that many members here will agree is worth its weight in gold if required.
Looking for £25500 ono which leaves me a few grand out of pocket but hey ho and it's onto another happy forum member!
