Hi there.

I was wondering if someone might have a Fuel Pressure Regulator for my S4 1999... Its coming up in Vag Com that this might be at fault (running lean on both banks) I have ran a pressure test through and didnt find any air leaks so this is my next option.. Does anyone have one for sale or knows what to replace it with...

I have checked on fleabay and they have adjustable ones... Does anyone know what these are like... any suggestions at all would be great thanks... I remember the stealers wanting around the £70 mark for them... if anyone can steer me in the right direction... any advice would be much appreciated...

Cheers
Andy

Both of these were replaced just a few months ago... The maf was changed out when i got the car remapped and the fuel filter was changed out on the last service...

Blow out any crap with an airline and check that it is not stuck open causing low pressure.
Remove the horseshoe clip and pull out, they are very tight to get out as they are sealed with two o rings.

Well i have just removed the FPR for cleaning the filter and there was nothing there. It was totally clean. It was a bit of a bugger to get back on but at least it was clean. I was hoping it was blocked but no, so what else can i try.

Would a upgraded FPR say from a rs4 be better or are these the same. On the FPR it says 4 bar... P/N - 078133534C

Any suggestions would be appreciative...
