im having a tidy up and have em out the back, there in great condition and i think there the better type but im not sure? anyone interested before i ebay em!?

all the tires are legal but nothing fab all mitchy sports i can find the center caps but i have em somewhere!

The marks on them - is that moisture or are they marked ? Hard to tell from the photos...
They're original Audi wheels? Hard type?
Correct fitment/offset etc etc...

99.9% is moisture there is the odd little mark and one touched up scratch from memory, based in bournemouth dorset i will get the part number tomorrow but they came on my rs and are genuine items, not sure how to find out if there the hard type or not!

maybe a stupid question but wots the difference between the hard and soft sets and advantages of each?

From reading all the posts about the stock rims :

Soft - bend easily to protect the suspension
Hard - bend nearly as easily to protect the suspension

Not sure there's a great difference in solidity between the two tbh.

Bending to protect the suspension was a load of old tosh promoted by Audi following massive outcry that soft wheels (which were a good old cock up by Ronal) would bend just in normal driving after time (ie no potholes). Hard wheels (while not immune to damage from a hard impact) are infinitely better, having not suffered a lack of hardening through the manufacturing process. I have had hard wheels for 18 months and my wife had driven over two kerbs with no damage to the rims (although getting two tyres replaced at the same time was fun - how I laughed :roll:)
