Just checked the Audi UK website - there are 10 used Black RS4 cabrio's featured today on their "used car locator" system !! Have you spoken to the various advertising dealers ??

Half of those cars are sold, the dealers are still advertising just to gain interest, the other half have either bucket or silver seats and I need standard black recaro's and the newer ones are way over my budget, but thanks anyway.

I called that one within days of it appearing on autotrader, over budget but I'd thought I'd speak to them. Garage owner didnt know any details of the car, as its 'being sold on behalf of a customer' and there 'will be no changes in price'. I said no probs thanks. Thought I'd try them again a few days ago, got an answer machine, left a message....so far no reply!
Any cars within the main sites, here, pistonheads, autotrader, audi uk, I'm pretty much on straight away, its probably more where somebody may know somebody thinking of selling or trading one that I think I need to speak to!
On a side note I'm suprised at how audi dealers dont seem very fussy about the stock they buy in for re-sale. I have made enquires on 2 cars in the audi network, that I have managed to find out more about them then the dealer cares to know about regarding things like the service history not being main dealer previously on one car bought in for resale, another car currently being without service book and v5 (as it was with a private trader I was speaking to about it until they bought it and tried to resell it back to me wihtout the docs!). Another one for sale at the moment looks like its still using the same pictures from the bca auction it was bought at for resale
Anyway thanks for pointing that car out

the hunt goes on

Thanks Tony, I had picked that one up also, but no go with the buckets.
I have nursery duty (2 little 'uns) couple of days of the week and child seats and buckets dont go, also they were a bit of a pain to move around to get access into the back and I'm the type of guy who likes his seat left in one place
The hunt goes on!
