Hi guys,
I am selling my RS4. The car has been on Pistonheads for a couple of weeks with a full run down.

If anyone is seriously considering the move to buy one of these supercars cars, you will be hard pushed to find a cleaner one. I know a lot of people say this but this is truly exceptional.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need to know more.
cheers
Dave

What makes it a 'one off car'?

Maybe its the only 'lowered' standard rs4

Mate of mine used to own a Cossie that looked that low, but was on stock suspension.
Perhaps him being 23 stone had something to do with it

The car hasn't been lowered. Might be the angle of the pic.

The Turbos are religously warmed up and cooled down.
On a serious note - what do you do to achieve this??

Wait until your oil gets up to temp before booting it when you start it up and when driving home try to drive off turbo the last few miles and/or let the car have a tick over when back at home for 5-10 mins

Oh I see... cheers. I've been consciously waiting for oil temp before booting it but not necessarily the tick over / not booting it a few miles before reaching destination - I will do now though!
Thx

I disagree. Seems like a bargain.

I disagree. Seems like a bargain.
If it's perfect I'd say it's a fair price - so many I have seen need so much work and it soon adds up;
Brake discs and pads £1600
Wheel refurb £400
EGT sensor £160
Lambda £160
Cambelt change as thermostat gone £600
Tyres £700
Paintwork £200-£1000 (average)
Oil leaks £300
DVs - £60
MAF - £120
Wheel bearing £150-200
Buckled hard wheels £550 x up to 4
(approximate specialist prices inc. labour)

Neckarsulm, you must be paid too much if you're paying this for your parts - I paid £35 for my MAF sensor!
I hear what you're saying about paying a bit more for a car in concours condition, but I don't see the magic words "health check by a specialist". I don't want to speculate on this particular car, but if it's been to Audi all it's life, then it may well need MAF & DV's + who knows!
One off car?? Not to an RS4 owner, but to joe public it may well be.

When i first bought the car i took it to Kim Collins at QST for the "Health check by a specialist". All good my friend. With regards to price, i think its fair. I have seen a few RS4s on the internet for 15k. BARGAIN
Maybe quoting a one off car is strong but its very clean for an 8 year old car and Kims boys reckon it was one of the best ones they have had in. This is their opion of course.

Asking price seems about right to me, what you get is up to the market.
I value Kim's opinion.
