Are the K03s new or used?

The K03's are used, 80k on the, I originally planned to have them rebuilt as a spare, but other expenses are preventing that so I'm willing to let them go at a bargain.

A few things, I am in the US, several times these items haven't sold because of my location. I'm reducing the prices now, willing to take less than ever so shipping shouldn't be a concern anymore, this stuff must go, my credit card bill is getting too high so this stuff must go to pay for it.
