I have the set of 4 front control arms for sale. Brand new!
They are c.£45.00 each from VAG Parts and make a huge difference if yours are worn (as mine were).

The part nos are:
8DO 407 510C
8DO 407 509C
8EO 407 506A
8EO 407 505A

I can email a picture if required. Note sure if they fit other models (probably RS4?).
