What else is required to fit to a 98 S4?

You will also need the customised caliper brackets.

You could get away with the S4 brake lines, but if they're in the same state as mine were they'll need replacing, so you might as well go for the RS6 brake hoses too.

Where can these brackets be obtained?

MRC Tuning supply them.
