I don't want to ask specifics of this case here and rub salt into wounds, but is it generally true to say that it is more difficult to sell (highly) modified cars? You spend loads of money modifying the car, and then it is worth less than a standard car? I guess you have made the product far more specialised and, therefore, less liquid? The price something is worth, is what somebody is prepared to pay for it. So if you can't line up the right buyer, you get stuffed by some dealer [img]images/graemlins/knob.gif[/img].

I'm with you guys on this - a prime example of what's wrong with some parts of the motor trade. They say what goes around comes around, I hope they get their just desserts in due course!
