Avus RS4 For Sale

A heads up really. Found out that an Avus RS4 that I drive past and admire every day is up for sale as the chap is due his RS6.
I am interested in it myself but the timing/price may not be right at the moment for me.
Speaking to the owner (the 2nd) it's a 2001 "X", 40k with cam belt service just carried out. 6 months warranty.
Hi Tech interior, Nav+TV. No mods. Alledgedly immaculate as he spent time finding it.
He's advertising it next week for £36.5k
