I've checked these out and it is a 18" x 8J wheel. Ive got 18 x 8.5J wheels fitted to my S3. A effin great big pothole destroyed one of them.
Thanks for the link.

You could always buy them use the 8.0s on the front and the 8.5s on the rear. I know these wheels cost about £250-£300 each so if they go cheap enough they have to be worth considering.
Alternatively, how bad is the damage ? One of my wheels was bent on a pot-hole, and Diamond Styling had it straightened for me and then restored it. FWIW, Diamond Styling are, IMO, the best wheel restorers around - if it can be fixed, they can do it - 020 8969 9690

Never even thought of doing that. The only thing is that there is a slight difference between the 8J & the 8.5J wheels (8.5J wheels have a false bolt head at the end of each spoke). I suppose that its only a slight difference.
I took my damaged alloy to my local alloy wheel specialist/repairer who checked it out & found the wheel was cracked & was so bad it could not be repaired.

Abt wheels are usually double drilled - mine were 100mm and 112mm. The VW range tend to use 100mm, and I believe this goes for the A3 too. Anyhow, they are gone now - £90. Not bad, but they did look like they needed a refurb.
