It will. It's a straight fit. I have them on my 98 S4. Huge improvement if your stock set up has done any miles over 40K.

Visually - The only way you'd know the difference between the S4 and RS4 stuff is the slightly shorter springs which ovbiously translates to a reduction in ride height more noticeable at the rear than the front. i.e. dampers/springs are the same colour and exterior design. Good for insurance purposes [img]images/graemlins/033102bigblink_1_prv.gif[/img]

I took loads of comparison pics of the two when installing mine.

The RS4 front springs were only 5-7mm shorter than the stock S4. The rears however were about 20mm shorter. Go figure?

Initially I actually thought about cutting some length of the spring but it would have meant taking the front shock out again. [img]images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

The improvement over the tired stock is excelent and if you can get some for around £350 tops then it's good value for money despite the fact that it's not the best spring/damper combo in the world. But it's certainly a massive improvement. [img]images/graemlins/thumbs.gif[/img]

I've got loads of pics. My intension is to produce a tech article but I've been flat out at work for over 3 months now. [img]images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

I learned a hell of lot about dealers approach to the work which could cost you money.

Unfortunately I've not moved into the digi camera age yet and all the pics will need to be scanned in. In fact some I think some are still to be developed but I'll see waht I can do.
