I am thinking about purchasing an RS4 but i am not sure what my current car is worth. Could anyone advise?

S4 1998, 69k miles, Ebony black with silver leather, 313bhp, lowered, BOSE, sunroof, centre armrest, 6 cd, FASH.

Many thanks

Parkers now charge for their valuation service so you cannot get a good price, but a 98/S reg S4 (saloon I guess) with 50k miles is worth:

£36464 Original Price
£17020 Dealer Retail
£14860 Private Good
£10795 Private Poor
£12445 Trade

The leather might bump up the price, but the other options probably wouldn't. And the extra 19k miles would need to be adjusted in the price.

Good luck in your quest

My thoughts on the whole how much is your car worth is to throw away those bloody parker guides. If you want one how much is the market selling them at. It doesn't matter what a book says it's what the dealers/private etc. are selling them for.

Check out the Autotrader, Exchange and Mart, local papers Audi UK used car option etc.

Rough quick search looks like a car of your spec/milage is going for £14K +/-£1K.
