If it's any consolation I'm struggling to sell my equally stunning XKR. Advertised at what I would call a fair price, couple of phone calls, one timewaster who came to drive but didn't call me back, one guy who messed me around then decided his wife didn't like the colour of the leather.... grrrr, selling cars privately is a pain in the arse. It does seem a really tough market out there especially if you are not prepared to be fleeced on price.

Fingers crossed it'll go soon, it looks gorgeous.

Thanks for your comments. Yep, I hate dealing with the public too when it comes to selling cars. Too many dreamers and time wasters out there!

They're just not moving are they? No doubt the current economic climate is a lot to blame. I know I could sell it for a silly price but I've sunk too much into it to do that; it's not just a standard RS4 after all. If no takers then I'll run it through the Winter as the quattro made mincemeat of last year's snow! Hope you have some luck soon.

In an ideal world I would keep it as I don't think Audi will ever better it, but, you mustn't instill these sorts of thoughts into my head, they'll give my bank manager nightmares!
