ebay haven't done anything about it yet..... i was looking around for S4/RS4 and found the car and thought it was a good deal....good thing I have been doing trying to look around and found this sit.

As of today looks like ebay have pulled the bogus listing.
It also looks like the buyer of the car has placed feedback, so the deal has been "done".
