Oh and I don't know the seller. He'll get what they are worth, good luck to him. Make him an offer, you may get lucky?

I dont think luck has anything to do with it unfortunately, the guy would rather get three times what he paid for them. What do you, reagrdless of my situation and try not to sit on the fence, think about that? do you think thats ok? would you but something from a forum member and try to punt it on ebay for almost three times what you paid for it???

Without sitting on the fence, I beleive the market will decide what they are worth. I genuinely don't see the problem.

these were bought 6 months ago !

IMO, its not relevant what they were bought for, thats just good luck on someones part if they pick something up a good price, its then his right to sell them on at a fair market price

its the original sellers fault for not selling them to him
its my fault for buying them
its my fault for my change of plans during the last 6 months, and
its my fault for advertising them to a wider audience and possibly making a profit (god help us all in this capitalist society)

i must admit i did contemplate an easy sale to this guy, but in retrospect i would say it would be far from easy, as
it would be my fault there's a little surface rust on the disks
my fault i live so far away from him
my fault ........

In your defence, sarcasm/irony doesn't really translate well into written form, its the monotone of the brain when reading it back, unless its a passage from a book, or something engaging to which you can apply tone when reading silently, so your forgiven. Though i did manage to detect your tone.

Some people don't understand the concept of risk and reward! But they have a choice not to buy don't they - go figure!

Given that Wi's were as rare as hens teeth over that Xmas period then 25 extra seemed like small beer. No pleasing some folk.
