No, the TT subframes are completely different and will not suit the B5. The only thing they fit are Porsche 996 and Boxsters........

these seats are awesome, I used to have a TTqS, amazing car for what it was; I had it mapped to 275bhp, 0-60 5.4secs and it would get 42mpg on motorway 70mph cruise control

the tt frames unbolt and leave flat runners with the sliders on the subframes if that helps?

Not really.
Trying to get B5 sub frames is like rocking horse poo. The seats are unlikely to sell without them, and alot less than the £1k asking price, IMO, as nice as they are...

Good luck though.

Think you'll also need different uprights and of course the airbag resistors.

Can you expand on the airbag part please, if they arefitted to B5 will the airbag not work anymore? Also, can anybody confirm if only side mounts are needed or do I need the uprights (whatever they are!) too?

Thanks

John

When you remove your original seats, you'll have to disconnect the airbag loom and the loom for the heated seats.
The Pole Position's don't have airbags so no loom to connect up...... If you turn on the ignition the aigbag light will illuminate, to prevent this you need to fit airbag resistors, these are small looms with O/E connectors that will plug into the original loom from the car, these will prevent your airbag light from coming on.

Regarding the "up-rights", these are the side supports that bolt onto the sides of the seats and bolt onto the subframes.
I'm sure the TT ones are different to those needed for the B5.......
