Hey IbboS4,
Been busy recently. Got a dink in the bodywork, stone i think or may be a firework.
Other day found the rear drivers door window half way open. It had been open all night while it rained. Car back seats, carpet etc got soaked.
So lucky nothing was nicked, the window that was open was on the kerb side so people walking passed could quite easily have seen it open.
Got my Ipod connected to my Symphony head unit the other day. Its so cool, i have my entire music collection in the car with me now. You can actually control the ipod with the CD controls on the head unit. The holder for the iPod sits perfectly in the recessed space by the cig lighter.
Hope all is well, done anything else to the car yet?
Hey, whatever happened to those K04's ???

Just being nosy.. how have you wired your ipod so you can control it from the CD buttons on the head unit? Got any pics of the cup holder install?
Cheers,
Alex

Re: RS4 suspension required
I'll put some photo's up 2nite when i get back from work.
I had to slightly modify the installation of the holder as the base of it would not fit flush with the bottom of the recess but you'll see from the photos what i did.
I highly recommend this item over the griffin iTrip if you are planning on using your iPod in your A4/S4 and want good quality sound.
If you want something portable then go for the iTrip.

Re: RS4 suspension required
ive uploaded the photos to my gallery:
http://gallery.rs246.com/cgi-bin/album.pl?album=sash
Found some plastic spacers at my dads that were the perfect size along with the right size screws.
Would have liked to have used black screws instead of gold ones but couldnt find any in his workshop. You dont see them once the units in place anyway so its not that bad.
