Front Bose speakers from S3

These are the front speakers are from my Bose equipped Audi S3 model 8L (2002).

There are four speakers, 2 woofers (bass) speakers and 2 tweeters (treble) speakers.

One of the woofers was distorting which is why I have removed these from the car. The other woofer and both the tweeters were working perfectly at the time they were removed. I have not tested them since.

I believe the Bose speakers are 2 ohms and are designed to be driven by the Audi Bose amp so they may not work properly with systems other than the Audi Bose ones.

Are these the same as the B5 RS4 original fitment, one of mine has just started distorting?
