225/45 R17 Wheels wanted

If anybody knows of a set of 225/45 R17 wheels, I'm interested. I'm looking for a set for driving down to Switzerland each year.

I have a set of genuine Audi 17" S Line Alloys & Tyres that are surplus to requirements. Wheel part numbers: 7.5Jx17 ET56 - 8P0 601 025 C

Professionally refurbished by Audi Oxford. One wheel has a very slight mark to the rim, measuring approx. 1cm, the rest are spotless.

Complete with 4 225/45/R17 Continental tyres (all matching), with 4-5mm tread.
