Glad you got the ultimate result Mario

All this banter sure beats seeing "bump" several times a day.

As far as "read only" is concerned, I think "virtual tyre kickers" have a benefit and therefore it seems reasonable for people to post relevant questions regarding the item(s) on offer. Anybody who's had their car priced by a dealer will know that this is tame in comparison :D

I take your point; how it works in 'the other place' is that all enquiries are by PM leaving things nice and tidy. If anyone finds out anything whiffy, then there is a pm to a mod and a discussion in the 'General Chat' section.

Each to their own though - always entertaining this way :)

To much negative sniping goes on these days, people are entitled to be careful with all the scammers out there, but please give the guy a chance.

I sold my 2006 RS4 V8 Saloon, due to the fuel economy.......Im very happy with my B5 avant MPG. IS the RS6 closer to RS4 B5 or B7 MPG?
Im looking at 2. 1st is 92k standard for £13. 2nd is 77k ABT remap & exhaust for 17K. trying to get him to drop to £16 but he wont.

I would go for the lower milage but make sure it has had the cam belts done.

Tell him the offer will stand for the next few days after which you will have to look else were. 4.2 Bi Turbo=14 to 15 miles to the gallon driving normally, boot it and your return will been no more than 9 / 10 miles to the gallon approx. :x

Your joking - No more than 21 on my combined daily run of motorway and country lanes, 17 in town and yes, 12 when booting it! The most I have seen on a long motorway run is 24-25.
