It's really a terrible time to be selling any high performance car at the moment. Low mileage (40k - 60k) RS6s are going for £16k - £20k now, and pretty much every performance car has dropped in value like a stone.
There is always a price at which your car will sell immediately, but it might well be way way below what the car is worth to you, or what you want to sell for.
The point is that the market dictates what people are willing to pay, and at the moment there are a lot of S4s for sale between £5000 - £6000 all with anything from 80,000 to 120,000 miles.
If you need to sell quickly you'll have to drop the price to stand out from the others, but if you can afford to keep the car then you might find a buyer at the current price who wants a enthusiast owned S4.
For the record I think yours looks like a great car & the price seems fair but your timing of the sale couldn't have been worse!
