I have, they have a pair on their but don't look like the best quality, plus they are not hubcentric...

All the rest on Ebay are 15mm and above

they may not have what you want straight away but they do get a variety in.....

if you find the right pcd spacers but are a bit too thick get some machined off...shouldn't cost too much to take a few mm off....

just a thought....
